Kristy Hoffman is a female boxer aiming for the 2024 Olympics in Paris. She has many elements in her life preventing her from solely focussing on boxing, such as working, trying to find sponsors, difficult persona relationships and lack of time to rest.

These images were taken from a documentary series studying Kristy’s life as a boxer who is at the nascence of her career. Images are composed of portraits, actions shots, and moments in-between instances of boxing. Sensitivity and vulnerability permeate through the athlete’s strong drive to succeed.
